Choose what suits your circumstances.
Within 14 days of paying your deposit — for the cancellation cover to be effective. We will not release final travel documents (vouchers, permits, aviation manifests) until proof of insurance is on file. A single page emailed to journeys@imagine.travel is sufficient.
Every traveller is issued, before departure, a discreet card with the 24-hour numbers of the studio, the regional medical evacuation desk, and the nearest embassy of your country. Call us first — we will coordinate the response with your insurer.
